If you are planning your own arrangements, we recommend you to make your
hotel reservation as soon as possible.
A block reservation has been made with the Kyoto Royal Hotel for the conference,
but the rooms are limited. October is a high season month in Kyoto and
hotel rooms may be overbooked. In the case of overbooking, the organizing
committee will arrange alternative accommodations. September 15, 2009 is
the deadline for booking with the organizing committee.
